At Fox and Rose Jewellery, we want your order to arrive safely and swiftly — because we know how exciting it is to receive something beautiful.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: R70.00
- Free Shipping: On all orders over R650
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during peak periods (holidays, sales events).
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email at the address provided at checkout. This email will include your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.

Important Notes
- Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or South African public holidays.
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Fox and Rose Jewellery cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If your parcel appears to be lost or delayed, please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date so we can assist you.
